Work on the 'Elvis' TV show [more commonly known as 'The '68 Comeback Show'] commences at 9 am with the taping of the gospel medley.

Elvis lip-synchs to a pre-recorded audio tape playback.

For the gospel numbers, he is joined by The Blossoms

The 'bordello' scene is taped with him lip-synching again to 'Let Yourself Go', but it so upsets the censors the entire scene is cut.

Cut from the broadcast version, the Bordello
scene is eventually released on DVD.

He tapes a scene with Susan Henning with both artists seeming to enjoy working together:
