A Commercial Appeal clipping from July 21 mention that

Presley, who passed through here Thursday night en route to Memphis from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, stopped at a local restaurant.

The news was a special to the Commercial Appeal with the heading Hattiesburg, Miss., July 20.
So obviously Elvis left Biloxi in the evening of Thursday night, July 19 and the photo would then be no later than July 18.
