Personally I don't think this was from 1960.

This is a suspicious item, its made from vinyl and not shellac, dont know of any 78's of Elvis' made from vinyl, do we? (Other than "Weekend Mail")
When the transfer of pressings went from HMV to Decca this was possibly going to be one of HMV's last pressings, so maybe they did get sent the master and they ran this off along with another song from the 30's as a test pressing.
But 1960? 1960 would / could answer for why it's vinyl and not shellac, but 78's were still being made from shellac.
Jailhouse Rock was long done with by this time.
I'm not convinced, but that's either way. If anyone has additional info and thoughts please just say.
