In the book "A Boy From Tupelo," the one with Bill Black was May 26 and the one with Charlie Walker was May 25.

Well, I think its right and wrong lol.
I now think both photos are from 26th.
Elvis wore different clothes on the 25th, the day of the parade, and he'd styled his hair a little different as well.
So both these photos above are wrong but both are from the 26th is what I'd say.

Which means the photos for tomorrow on the 26th are wrong and should be in on this day.
But I thought the parade was after.....
Has the book got it the right way around?

What do you think?

I think the book is wrong now if it's saying differing days for those two photos.
I believe they were both taken on this same day.

It's been reported that, on this day, he sang "Milk Cow Blues Boogie", "You're a Heartbreaker", "I'm Left You're Right, She's gone" & "Baby, Let's Play House".

A September 1955 article references a May 1955 show?
I suppose it could because of what it was which was an annual event and may have been mentioned a lot afterwards.
