As the rehearsals were from 7pm through to 1am this was Elvis posing with fans before the rehearsals began.
I wondered if the area could still be visible today, but it looks like they've built on it and extended that area.

The rehearsals on 24th July, 1970, are in better sound quality [mono] than the previous July rehearsals with Elvis in fine
voice and mood & singing seriously with minimum fooling around [occasionally he takes things less seriously, like on Heart of Rome & Stranger in My Own Home Town] !
The band really cooks with some tight guitar/bass/drum/piano arrangements which sound great!
The results provide us with the nearest thing we've had to studio versions of some of his live songs like
You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’ – Words – Sweet Caroline and Polk Salad Annie.
One thing missing is the backing vocals, but he fills in for them at times !
