Undated photographs from the engagement.
For dated photos of Elvis in white see 1st August 1969 Dinner Show
It's virtually impossible to date a lot of the photos from this engagement, (and same for Jan / Feb 1970), so grouping into likely show sets just in case a story comes along and or audio where they become identifiable in another way is all I can do for now.
There's "millions" of other photos of Elvis in white from '69, gradually this can be added to.
Elvis used two Shure 545SG microphones during this engagement. One had his name printed in white on a black band just under the top of the microphone, the other didn't.
Graceland auctioned the named microphone the other year. Elvis had given it away in 1969 during the engagement after fan had complimented him on it. (After a show - not during). As we don't know the date he gave it away it doesn't help date photos. Yet.
Elvis dressed in white.
There were two suits of white during this engagement. Both two-piece. Both similar to look at (especially in photos!).
The White Cossack / White Herringbone which has the single collar, not the folded over standard Napoleonic collar. This has a matching herringbone belt to go with it.
The other with standard folded over Napoleonic collar which has two breast pocket flaps to distinguish it. Elvis wore it off stage more often, seen with fans signing autographs.
All the photos below except one have Elvis wearing the White Cossack / White Herringbone suit with the original matching belt.
These first ones show Elvis using a windscreen on his Shure 545SG microphone.
This change might have been influenced by RCA asking him to use that for recording purposes.
This photo has Elvis wearing his casual belt that he wore off stage and even at home at Graceland, the white Lion Head belt.
The Sweet insprirations are wearing black dresses and the TCB Band are wearing white tops and black slacks.
Similar to above but Elvis is wearing white Gi belt.
Hard to see everything about Elvis in this one, but the TCB Band are opposite to above.
This next show has some professional shot images with access to angles of Elvis on stage not available to fans.
TCB Band all in black, the Sweet Inspirations wearing a multi coloured dress, Elvis in a Gi with matching belt and a light blue scarf.
But, to start with here's four shots taken by two fans, two of which show the curvature of the stage with the gold curtain in the top left of two of the photos.
Elvis wearing a bolo neckerchief - which he then takes off and holds onto.
Just make out the TCB Band are wearing black tops as their white bolo neckerchiefs can just be seen in the darkness.
But Elvis is wearing a white / light gray scarf - seems too light to be light blue.
