On march 2, 1963, priscilla and her father traveled to Los Angeles. The reason for the trip was to discuss the details of priscilla's move to Memphis.
Vernon, Elvis, priscilla and her father agreed that priscilla would live with Vernon and dee in a house, and priscilla's future school journey was also discussed.
During this conversation, Elvis promised that he would give her a car so that she would always be there on time when school started.
(on April 1, 1963 he gave Priscilla a '63 "Corvair").
