At the press conference that followed, actress Tina Louise, speaking for Mutual radio, asked Elvis if he was still going to use suggestive movements. Elvis mumbled a reply which implied there would be a little change in his act. He contended that his movements were 'natural'. Elvis told another reporter that there wouldn’t be a switch to 'a more adult type of singing'. His sideburns won’t return, but he’ll wear his hair slightly longer.

Elvis didn't hold a press con in Scotland.
That said I can't find that microphone layout in any of the surrounding dates, but I recognise seeing the lady before.
